Stefani Rose, Founder, Head of Artist Development
Stefani Rose is a Creative Producer, Actress and Singer/Songwriter. She is the founder of Hourglass Independent Records, a development-focused record label. Stefani holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Yale University and specializes in the creative aspects of recording, production, and talent development. Bringing a foundation that only develops with a background in theater, she doesn't allow her imagination to be limited, and instead examines each client and project creatively to find the best solution to serve the project. Having worked behind and in front of both the mic and the camera with songwriters, scriptwriters, playwrights, directors, set designers, sound designers, music producers, sales and marketing teams and through all aspects of recording, film, television, video, and sound production, Stefani thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Daniel Martin, Producer, Songwriter
Daniel Martin has been referred to as a hidden gem by dozens of musicians from the OC and LA music scene, and is the owner of ReAmp Recording Studios. International artists and writers have traveled thousands of miles to write, record, and have their music produced by Martin. Since opening his first recording studio in 2009 Daniel has engineered or produced hundreds of artists including: Fly Radio, Stefani Rose, A Sound Aside, Jason Farol, Vadim Taver (album released in Japan by Fallen Leaves Records), Brandon Moreno, Kaitlyn Weathers, Lindsey Carrier, Moxy and the Influence, and a variety of other upcoming artists on the current pop, country, and rock mainstream scene. In addition to producing records, Daniel has composed original pieces of music for the upcoming web series The Dudely Jones Comedy Tribe, and has IMDB credits for several independent short films such as Murderabillia, Sarahs Friend, and Lilium. Martin has the natural ability to create original scores and beats for Television, Film, Video Games , Web Series, etc..

Kristifor Cvijetic, Film, Video, and Television Producer
Kris Cvijetic holds a Master of Fine Arts in Producing from American Film Institute (AFI), and is the owner of Grey Star Entertainment. He has had the opportunity to produce feature films such as American High School (Preview), as well as corporate industrials, music videos, and PSAs. Kris has also worked within production management for shows on Spike, the Travel Channel, Bravo, Animal Planet, Food Network, TLC, Discovery, and Esquire Network. Kris has a passion for production, and really enjoys challenging himself by facilitating whatever your creative needs may be. Kevin Tomczak, Web and Multi-media
Kevin Tomczak has been solving problems since he started programming in MS DOS’s Basic in grade school. Along with Stefani Rose, Kevin is a co-owner of Hourglass Independent Records, a developmental record label. As Hourglass' Executive Director, he is responsible for technology and media and helps define business and marketing strategy. He also serves as the Director of Product Strategy and Innovation of APTMetrics, the only Human Resource consultancy that builds world-class talent solutions and is nationally recognized for its employment litigation support services. His cross-functional background allows him to anticipate client requirements and design solutions that lead the industry and have a demonstrable impact on our clients' businesses. As a member of the APTMetrics' Operating Committee, Kevin is responsible for shaping product strategy to ensure that APTMetrics remains successful into the near and distant future.

Kevin’s previous experience also includes mingling with the mouse. He was a cast member at The Walt Disney Company, where he helped roll out the first companywide global talent planning and performance management process. This initiative aligned more than 44,000 employees under a single technology platform, established cascading goals to enable alignment across the enterprise, and improved visibility and access to top talents' skills, experiences and potential.

Kevin left Disney for an opportunity that included operational and business development responsibilities at an early-stage marketing services firm, PowerMark. Two years later, as Vice President, Kevin had led a 300 percent increase in company revenues and expanded PowerMark's staff to meet increased client demands. Kevin also built the operational infrastructure to minimize on-boarding time, improve client service and support additional revenue streams.

Kevin holds an M.B.A. in Global Business from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University, is an alumnus of IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York.
